If there is any defect on the purchased item upon receipt, customers are required to return the damaged item with the label to Putrimall via postal or courier service, whereby all incurred postal or courier charges shall be borne by the customers. Items returned should be in their original packaging. ( Not applicable for accessories )
However, Putrimall reserves the right to inspect and investigate whether the defect on the returned item is caused by the manufacturer or the customers. Only defect caused by the manufacturer will be replaced with a new item under the same product category with the same price. If the item is out of stock, Putrimall shall replace another similar item of the same product category bearing the same price or lower price closet to the originally returned item / refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
The item for replacement will be delivered to customers at the same address where the original item was initially delivered to, within seven (7) working days upon acceptance of the original damaged item and postal or courier charges shall be borne by Putrimall.
Putrimall shall not be held liable for any defect or damage on the purchased items caused during shipping or by the negligence of the postal or courier service provider.
